A 310,000 SF 3-story new facility, including 10 complete courtrooms with expansion capabilities for 6 additional courtrooms, sheriff’s facilities, and detention areas requiring special security, district attorney’s offices, cafeteria, and other support facilities. Scope consisted of a central chilled and hot water system, a 900-ton HVAC system with rooftop air handling units, emergency power, fire protection and fire alarm systems, and telecommunications system.
